Upon entry, you step directly into the very spacious living room, which can be accessed via the private lift or stairs. Unlike other apartments in the complex, this living room offers a large seating area, a smart TV, electric window blinds, and tasteful decor. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee area (Nespresso and kettle), large fridge with freezer, and all the basic necessities like hand soap, shampoo, herbs, oil, etc. A 4-person dining area is attached to the kitchen with comfortable chairs. 🍽️

Both bedrooms come with large built-in wardrobes, electric window blinds, and an en-suite bathroom. Both bathrooms feature spacious walk-in showers with rain showerheads, a toilet, and a sink with LED lighting that automatically turns on when you enter. 🚿💡

The apartment is fully equipped with climate control, so you can always keep it cool or warm. The lift not only takes you to the living room but also to the large rooftop terrace, meaning you don't need to walk a step during your vacation! 🏖️✨
