This recently renovated finca, featuring authentic details, is peacefully located just 20 minutes from popular coastal towns and beaches.

Situated slightly inland, it offers the true ‘tranquillo’ Spanish lifestyle. Within walking distance, you’ll find a golf course, bars, restaurants, and a pharmacy. The rooftop terrace boasts phenomenal views and enjoys sunshine all day from March to October. In addition to the rooftop terrace, the finca has an extra terrace connected to the living room and a spacious garden. In the zen garden, you can relax in the (inflatable) jacuzzi or lounge on sunbeds.

The communal swimming pool is just 15 meters from the front door. All rooms have air conditioning, and the entire house is fitted with beautiful marble floors and staircases. CASA KARMA has been carefully decorated in a ‘zen-style,’ allowing you to fully unwind in every room. It is ideal for extended stays and families with up to three children.

The kitchen is equipped with a newly purchased induction hob, an oven, a dishwasher, and a large fridge-freezer. A small washing machine is also available in the kitchen. Everything you need to prepare meals is provided, including essentials like pots, olive oil, and spices. Hand soap, toilet and kitchen paper, shampoo, and shower gel are all included at CASA KARMA.

The marble-finished bathroom next to the bedrooms features a walk-in (rain) shower, heating, a toilet, and a washbasin cabinet. A staircase leads to the second-floor rooftop terrace near the tower. This private relaxation space is approximately 20m² and offers spectacular views over the agricultural landscape of citrus groves.

The additional toilet on the ground floor has a modern design and a washbasin. The air-conditioned bedrooms feature marble floors, wall heating, and white built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed (150 x 200 cm), while the second bedroom has a double bed (150 x 200 cm) and a loft bed (90 x 200 cm).

CASA KARMA comes fully equipped with high-speed (fiber optic) WiFi and a smart TV with all international channels and streaming services.

Surroundings

In the immediate surroundings of the finca, you can explore hiking trails for a meditative walk or simply enjoy the lush nature. A short drive takes you to one of the many nearby beaches. The well-known coastal town of Torrevieja is just a 20-minute drive away. The lively center of Ciudad Quesada is only a 7-minute drive and offers various supermarkets, a wide range of restaurants, boutiques, and other shops.

The village of Algorfa is located in the southern part of Costa Blanca, just a few kilometers inland along the banks of the Segura River and in the shadow of the impressive Escotera Mountain. Surrounded by fragrant citrus groves filled with oranges and lemons, this village provides a peaceful retreat away from the bustling coastal towns. Algorfa has a predominantly Spanish population, complemented by an international community drawn to the charming residential developments on the village’s outskirts.

La Finca Resort is just a 5-minute drive from the center and features one of the finest golf courses in Costa Blanca. The resort consists mainly of authentic Spanish villas and homes in various styles and sizes, making it a pleasure to explore on foot. From Casa Karma, it’s an 8-minute walk to the restaurants and shops at the entrance of the resort.
